• 1097 acres of new homes, schools and parks on Woodland's southeast side.
• 4037 total residential units: 2866 single-family, 1171 apartments.
• 11 acres of commercial development.
• 282 acres of college, high school, elementary and county schools.
• 28 acres of neighborhood parks.
• 34-acre sport park with ball fields and other amenities.
• Additional acres of greenbelts are designed throughout the community in the bike and jogging trails, and five-acres of passive open space adjacent to a drainage pond.
• Spring Lake is located south of the new Pioneer High School and Woodland Community College.
• There are currently 400 out of the 1000 acres being developed and graded for utilities, street formation, and lot identifications. This work will continue into September along County Road 102.
